ARGOS SIGN RB JACKSON

TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts announced today that the team has signed international running back Martese Jackson.

Jackson, a 5-6, 192-pound, native of Asherville, North Carolina, played three seasons at Florida Atlantic after transferring from Fort Scott Community College, registering 240 rushing yards and one touchdown while adding 22 kickoff returns for 392 yards with the Owls. He previously spent time with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Montreal Alouettes.

The Argonauts also announced today that the club has released international defensive back Ri’shard Anderson
