ARGOS ADD NATIONAL K/P ZACKARY MEDEIROS TO PRACTICE ROSTER

TORONTO - The Toronto Argonauts announced today the signing of National K/P Zackary Medeiros to the team's practice roster.

The St. Thomas, ON native, was originally drafted in the sixth round of the 2014 CFL Draft by the Edmonton Eskimos but most recently saw time with the Ottawa Redblacks in 2016. Used primarily as a punter with Ottawa, Medeiros punted 62 times for 2162 yards (43.7 avg.) including a long of 76 yards vs. Saskatchewan in Week 5. After starting his University career with the Montreal Carabins, Medeiros played for the London Beefeaters of the Canadian Junior Football League before finishing with the Western Mustangs.
