ARGOS SIGN OL WILLIAM CAMPBELL

TORONTO – The Toronto Argonauts announced today that the club has signed international offensive lineman William Campbell.

Campbell, a 6-5, 308-pound, native of Detroit, Michigan, appeared in 51 consecutive contests over four seasons at Michigan. He played a combination of offensive and defensive line during his career with the Wolverines. The 2012 All-Big Ten honourable mention was selected by the New York Jets in the sixth round (178th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft and spent time with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans over the last four seasons. 

The Argos also announced that international receiver Stephen Hill has been released.
